A Window of Light (WIP)

Experimenting with new painting ideas and techniques.

Toned down the entire canvas and adjusted colors to create an easier read, and to prep it for the next stage in the process.

After main sketch was complete, I blocked in all the colors of the elements in my scene.

Tweaked a few colors and started blocking in shadows.

Building up my darks and lights, and working on adjusting the colors and atmosphere.
