Family Dogs

These two are my parent’s dogs. One day when I was over, I was sitting next to them, and knew that instead of taking a picture of them, I decided instead to try and draw them.

I’m really glad I did, because this turned out to be one of my favorite drawings that I’ve done. The dog in the front of the picture is Max, and he’s one that I remember having back when I was still in high school, which has been several years ago, and I’m so glad he’s still with us. The guy in the back is Buddy, he’s one of the newest additions in our family, though the actual newest would be his sister Daisy, but she wasn’t around at the time when I drew this picture, otherwise I would have of course included her in the piece as well.

I really love how this one turned out, and I hope you do as well. And, if you have dogs of your own, it would be cool to hear what their names are in the comments! :)
